About the Program
The Neighborhood is a weekly respite program located in Albertville, Alabama, committed to serving adults in early to moderate stages of dementia. We offer a warm, encouraging environment and provide comfort, engagement, and purpose for adults with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Participants benefit from structure familiarity, and meaningful connection. Each day is carefully structured to nurture body, mind and spirit through activities such as:
--Physical & Musical: chair yoga,
gentle movement, and sing-alongs
