Seeing Jesus in the Old Testament

Just as Joseph's life pointed forward to Jesus, the entire Old Testament is filled with shadows and types of Christ. Jesus Himself explained this to the disciples on the road to Emmaus. As you read the Old Testament, look for ways it points to Jesus. How does seeing Christ throughout all of Scripture deepen your faith? Remember, the Bible is not just a collection of stories, but a unified narrative pointing to God's plan of redemption through Jesus.
